Pecan Pineapple Cranberry Sauce

Sweet, yet tart and unbelievably delicious, this recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare!
  • 28 oz canned cranberry sauce(jellied)
  • 28 oz crushed pineapple
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  1. Drain pineapple, removing as much of the liquid as possible.
  2. Combine drained pineapple, cranberry sauce and pecans in large bowl and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate until serving.
  4. Enjoy!
I prefer to refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving, but this can be served immediately as well.
For the cranberry sauce, I purchased two 14 oz cans. For the crushed pineapple, I purchased a 20 oz can and an 8 oz can.
