4 Ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookies
Easy 4 ingredient Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Cups. Naturally gluten free, these peanut butter cookie cups, with a chocolate peanut butter cup center, are irresistible.

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Beat egg with whisk.
Add peanut butter and sugar and beat until smooth.
Drop 1 tablespoon batter into each cup of a mini muffin pan, pressing down slightly.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Immediately press a peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie cup.
Allow to cool completely, then enjoy!
I recommend using all natural, unsweetened, peanut butter. When using sweetened peanut butter I add a pinch of sea salt.
