Gluten Free Parmesan Herb Bread
A savory, flavorful low-carb bread option.
& 1/4 cup golden flax seed meal
+ 2 TBS grated parmesan cheese
apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Mix butter and apple cider vinegar into the eggs.
Pour egg mixture into the dry mix and stir to combine.
Let mixture sit while you prepare a loaf pan. Lightly grease the pan. For best results, cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan and lay across the bottom.
Pour mixture into loaf pan, smoothing the top.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean.
