Only 5 Ingredients. This light, fruit filled parfait is perfect for summer!
Rinse blueberries and strawberries.
Slice the strawberries, discarding the tops.
Begin layering the fruit, followed by a thin layer of yogurt each time. (I did banana, yogurt, strawberries, yogurt, blueberries, and yogurt for the mason jar. For the serving bowl, I did thicker layers of yogurt and ended with blueberries on top.).
Repeat layers as needed until serving container is almost full.
Just before serving, sprinkle with granola.
*Ingredient and serving amounts may vary. I usually use one pint each of strawberries and blueberries, three bananas and a large container of vanilla yogurt. For the granola, I prefer to make my own. I double or triple the recipe depending on how many people I’m serving.
