Wow, it’s been a while. While I didn’t intend to drop off the internet after making my last post in 2017, it’s been a good (almost) two years. As summer 2017 approached, I chose to take a step back from blogging to focus on spending time with my girls, then two years old and five months old. Then, when summer came to a close, I began teaching online with VIPKID, which completely claimed any spare time I had. I continued with VIPKID until April of 2018, when I was nearly halfway through my pregnancy with baby #3. Once I quit VIPKID, I decided to go all in working on the blog my husband founded: thefoodieeats.com
And so, that’s what I’ve been doing. We welcomed baby number three, a beautiful and healthy baby boy, in August 2018. We’ve been adjusting well to raising three children, all three years old and under, while running a successful food blog. I have no immediate plans to continue blogging here at My Pennywise Life, but I’m thankful for the experience I gained here, and plan to leave the content in place.
