How to Cook Perfectly Fluffy Baked Potatoes (Restaurant Style)
Cook perfectly fluffy, restaurant style baked potatoes in two easy steps!

Ingredients
Baking potatoes
Oil
olive or grapeseed
Kosher Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Scrub down the potatoes, then rub with oil (about 1 tsp per potato)
Coat generously with kosher salt. The entire potato should be coated with as much salt as possible.
Bake at 400 degrees for one hour.
Notes
To fluff up your potato even more, press on each end with the palm of your hands, squeezing gently toward the center, before serving.
