4 Ingredient One Pot Italian Chicken
4 ingredients, one pan. This easy Italian chicken dish is the perfect weeknight dinner!
Ingredients

olive oil
4
boneless
skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1
jar Ragu sauce
1
cup
shredded mozzarella
Instructions
Heat oil over medium high heat.
Add chicken to pan and brown on both sides, turning once.
Stir in Ragu sauce and reduce heat to a simmer (low or medium low).
Cover and allow to cook for 15 to 30 minutes. (Larger pieces of chicken will take more time. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°.)
Remove cover and stir in mozzarella.
Continue heating until mozzarella is melted, stirring and spooning sauce over the chicken.
Serve with veggies or pasta.
