A new spin on a classic side.
small head of cabbage or 6 cups shredded cabbage
white wine vinegar
packets Truvia or 5 tsp sugar
Cayenne pepper to taste
Start with 1/8 tsp and work your way up. I like about 1/2 tsp.
Salt and pepper to taste
Roughly chop cabbage. (Skip this step if grating your cabbage.)
Pulse in food processor or chopper one handful at a time or grate by hand.
Once cabbage is chopped, combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Refrigerate one hour.
